Meditation may be a great way to reduce stress and anxiety but it also achieves a lot more than that. It was recently reported in Time magazine that meditation creates structural changes actually in the brain and what this does is help to make people more focused as well as improving the memory. Let’s face it, it’s been practiced for 1000’s of years and with more companies looking to encourage staff to take up meditation, combined with so many testimonials showing how people have benefited in their personal and professional lives, it certainly does bear considering.
